Our story

Support the way we always wished it worked

Helprix started from a simple frustration: getting help with a device too often meant long queues, confusing scripts, and the nagging feeling you were being nudged toward buying something. We thought support could feel different — calmer, clearer, and genuinely on your side.

So we built an independent service focused purely on troubleshooting. We're not a store and we're not tied to any manufacturer, which means our only motivation is helping you get back to a working device. We explain things in plain language, we show our reasoning, and we never ask you to hand over passwords or control of your accounts.
